Sound healing is a passive and participatory experience. We start with breath work to slow down the breathing and calm the nervous system. The breath work helps you to be a better receiver of the sound. Sound helps create the pathway to the place of stillness and balance. Crystal bowls, gongs, wind chimes and other healing instruments are used for this sound journey. Please bring a blanket or any other items to get comfortable. Bolsters, mats and blankets are available in the studio.
Somatic Yoga
1 hour - $16
Somatic movement is a practice that emphasizes internal physical perception and experience, reconnecting with the body and finding a sense of wholeness and balance. This class starts with about ten minutes of breath work, then moving into movement with poses held mostly on the floor. This is a beginner friendly class.
50 minutes- $16
This class is all levels
This class begins with some mindful movement to warm up the body, then we move into a energized flow.
50 minutes - $16
Gentle, still, supportive class with 4-6 poses. Bolsters, mats and blankets are provided in this class. We will end class with a soothing sound healing journey with the crystal singing bowls and chimes in a restful svasana (laying down) on mats.
1 hour- $16
Yin is a series of long-held passive floor poses, held between 2-5 minutes. This is a beginner friendly class.
45 minutes - $16
This class is called the "Yogic sleep", this is a guided meditation, helpful for relieving stress, anxiety and helps promote good sleep. This class ends with a longer svasana with the crystal singing bowls.

Sound healing is a holistic health practice that uses meditation and intention to affect positive change in the mind, body and spirit. This healing practice, is led in a reclined position or laying down. These theories of energy are used to clear and balance a person's subtle energy, clearing stresses, blockages, may help with anxiety, insomnia and pain. Each crystal singing bowl is tuned to a sound that resonates with each of the major chakras. Chakras are energy centers of the body. The full sound bath experience includes the crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums and other healing instruments. **Mats, bolsters, blankets and eye pillows are provided in the studio. You are welcome to bring a blanket, pillow or whatever else you may need for comfort.
